Workshop Context
The goal of this course is to help you realize how the different Flight Level 1,2 and 3 Systems are connected to each other and how to improve them. You will also learn how to connect lonely agile islands to improve the value flow in your entire organization.
Workshop Format
This workshop is delivered as two-days offline classes or four half-days online classes with exercises between sessions. Regardless of the chosen format, each workshop is focused on pragmatic experience and working on real-life examples.

Daniel Rué MayolasThe FLSA workshop deals with the architecture of flight levels, a rather complex topic. It therefore serves both as a basis for the introduction of flight levels in a company and as a link between the individual flight levels.
The workshop was a great experience. As a trainer, Markus managed to convey these sometimes difficult topics in a very good and understandable way. Highly recommended.

Von Work Systems Topologies, über Flight Routes und Flight Items bis hin zum Take Off war alles Wissenswerte dabei. Tolle Übungen an einem durchgängigen Use Case sowie selbst eingebrachte, reale Beispiele haben uns durch den Kurs geleitet und für Praxistransfer gesorgt. Für mich besonders wertvoll war aber auch die Haltung des Coaches dahinter und das Selbstverständnis der Flight Levels als Denkmodell. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung! ❤️

Raul AraujoFlight Levels does indeed fill a very real gap in agile transformations. The FLIN course builds basics and the FL2D and FLSA build on top of the foundation with real world scenarios. I definitely recommend these workshops to anyone and everyone involved in agile transformations. Use Flight Levels as the glue to bring together your Scrum and/or Kanban teams!
