I pick up every coachee, team, organizational unit or company where they are right now. It does not matter to me which (agile) model you follow in your current context. I just look at the status quo and guide you along the next steps on the way to where you need to be. In doing that, I never forget that you are always part of a system and that the changes you make affect yourself as well as your system.My ultimate goal is to facilitate real co-creation among people as this is the only way, we can solve the challenges of the future.To achieve this goal, I have commited myself to life-long learning and to regularly reflect on and declutter my tool-chest of methods, practices and concepts which I use everyday.
